Welcome to the official page for the 2026 IKYF International Seminar in Vancouver. We are excited to once again host this special international event and look forward to welcoming participants from around the world.

Registration Process
Individual participants should complete the following steps:
Complete the online registration form and waiver HERE
Complete the IKYF registration form and submit it to your Renmei president or country delegate
Submit payment payable to IKYF to your Renmei president or country delegate
Submit payment payable to Vancouver Kyudo Club via your Renmei president or country delegate
Complete your accommodation booking (See Welcome Letter)
To simplify and streamline the registration process, all registration and payment deadlines will be May 1, 2026 (with the exception of accommodation booking), in alignment with IKYF guidelines. You will receive a separate email outlining the procedures for submitting seminar and shinsa applications and fees to the IKYF. Please note that your Renmei president may set an earlier internal deadline to allow sufficient time for submission to IKYF.
The preferred methods of payment for Vancouver Kyudo Club are: Interac e-Transfer OR by PayPal to: kyudo.vancouver.seminar@gmail.com (a 2% fee will be applied to PayPal payments which should be included in the total amount sent).
Please contact us at vancouver@kyudo.ca if you would like to make arrangements to pay by other methods.

***Update: Accommodation Booking
We have reserved a limited block of rooms at the Executive Hotel Vancouver Airport for August 16–21, 2026. The hotel is located approximately a 10-minute walk from the seminar venue, offers a complimentary airport shuttle, and will also be the location for the reception banquet. The negotiated group rate is $279 CAD +taxes per room/night for single or double occupancy. Reservations can be made by calling the hotel at 1-604-278-5555 and quoting event code 111078 - a booking link will be made available and distributed later in March.
Please note that the reserved rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and any unbooked rooms will be released back to the hotel after July 1, 2026.

2026年にバンクーバーで開催される国際弓道連盟（IKYF）国際セミナーの公式ページへようこそ。再びこの特別な国際イベントを開催できることを大変嬉しく思っており、世界中から参加者の皆様をお迎えできることを楽しみにしています。

登録手続き
個人参加者は、以下の手順を完了してください。
IKYF登録フォームを記入し、所属連盟の会長または各国代表者に提出してください。
IKYF宛ての参加費を、所属連盟の会長または各国代表者を通じて提出してください。
バンクーバー弓道クラブ宛ての参加費を、所属連盟の会長または各国代表者を通じて提出してください。
宿泊予約を完了してください（ウェルカムレター参照）。
登録手続きを簡素化し円滑に進めるため、すべての登録および支払いの締切は 2026年5月1日 とします（宿泊予約を除く）。これはIKYFのガイドラインに準拠しています。
後日、講習会および審査（審査申請）への申込み方法と、IKYFへの費用提出手続きについて別途メールでご案内いたします。なお、IKYFへの提出に十分な時間を確保するため、所属連盟の会長がより早い内部締切を設定する場合がありますのでご了承ください。
バンクーバー弓道クラブへのお支払い方法は以下が推奨されています：

PayPal（送金先：kyudo.vancouver.seminar@gmail.com）
※PayPalでのお支払いには 2％の手数料 がかかりますので、送金額に含めてください。
その他のお支払い方法をご希望の場合は、 vancouver@kyudo.ca までご連絡ください。

2026年8月16日～21日の期間、Executive Hotel Vancouver Airport にて限られた数の客室を確保しております。ホテルはセミナー会場から徒歩約10分の場所にあり、空港シャトルサービス（無料）を提供しているほか、レセプションバンケットの会場にもなります。団体特別料金は、シングルまたはダブル利用で1室1泊あたり279カナダドル（税別）です。ご予約は、ホテル（1-604-278-5555）へお電話のうえ、イベントコード「111078」をお伝えください。なお、予約用リンクは3月中にご案内予定です。
ご注意ください：確保された客室は先着順となっており、2026年7月1日以降、未予約の客室はホテル側へ返却されます。
